First thing in the morning do you reach for your phone?

Does in hinder you from productivity at work and at home?

Are you constantly checking to see how your comments are voted?

Does it influence your mood if they aren't noted?

Over thinking and planning do you spend all your time?

Especially if a critic shows up to whine?

Feel anxious when you can't check your phone during work?

Care less about having close friends and more about an online jerk?

Your phone isn't buzzing it's in your head!

Stop neglecting friends and relatives before they are dead!
