Socialist Regime

There was a time in history
Stories of a land of liberty
Land of the free, home of the brave
And overhead a flag did wave

Stars and stripes, red, white and blue
Flying over us and all we knew
A beautiful lady stood at sea
Torch held high for all to see

The most beautiful nation ever seen
Ever seen, ever seen
We all live in a Socialist Regime
Socialist Regime, Socialist Regime

Then came a man without pedigree
To rule the land by fascist decree
And push the beliefs that he purveyed
Over all of which he surveyed

With desire to create his own regime
And control the land with socialist scheme
He was selected by voter fraud
His followers treating him as a god

He was more enemy than he seemed
Than he seemed, than he seemed
We all live in a Socialist Regime
Socialist Regime, Socialist Regime

But then the time had finally come
To reverse the damage that he had done
Through the promise of hope and change
Turned metaphorical ropes and chains

We're left to hope that he will leave
With his words meant to deceive
Then our nation can finally heal
With new government of the people's will

Soon will end this Socialist Regime
Socialist Regime, Socialist disease
Freedom may be more than just a dream
More than just a dream, a wonderful dream

Then came the year of Twenty Fifteen
A Patriot appeared on the scene
Brashly announcing his candidacy
For election to Presidency

The People raised up a loud acclaim
Recognizing the man's claim to fame
Soon was elected President Trump
Who put in motion draining the swamp

As the President loud had touted
Socialists soon were being routed
Border gates and fences being sealed
Illegal immigrants cleared from fields

We now live in a Republic and free
Republic and free, Republic and free
